We’re searching for someone with flexibility in their schedule who can work a variety of days and times throughout the week. Our staffed hours are:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Typical shifts run from 9:00 AM–2:00/2:30 PM or 2:00/2:30 PM–6:00 PM. While we staff until 6 PM, we are technically required to be available until 8 PM, so there may be occasional days when the afternoon shift extends slightly later.

We also require one Saturday per month, with one month this year requiring two Saturdays.

We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and people-focused individual.  Someone who enjoys connecting with members and isn’t afraid to sell memberships and talk enthusiastically about what makes HOTWORX so great. A big part of the role involves reaching out to leads via text and phone, so confidence and a positive, energetic tone are super important.

Additionally, maintaining our studio’s standard of cleanliness is a key responsibility. We receive a lot of compliments on how clean our studio is, and we take pride in keeping it that way.  So we need someone who is willing to clean consistently and thoroughly.
