The Greater Hewitt Chamber’s Nacho Daddy Car/Motorcycle Show & Concert presented by HEB Woodway will take place March 18, 2023 at Warren Park in Hewitt, TX!
Expected attendance: 3,500+

Join us for live music with the Chris Low Band, a car/truck show, family fun, food trucks and more! Lawn chairs, picnic blankets and leashed pets welcome.

Admission is free, some activity costs apply one inside (food trucks, axe throw, skating) and a cash and/or canned good donations for Hunger Free MISD are encouraged. Food truck costs and special activities, such as Bash and Crash RC Rentals apply.  A portion of event proceeds will benefit Hunger Free MISD. Sponsorships available to GHCOC members only.

VENDOR/SPONSOR EXPECTATIONS:
Vendors are responsible for bringing any needed tables, chairs, tents and electricity. Selling allowed, wifi not available. Gates will open at 8:30 a.m., and vendors must be in place with cars parked in general parking area no later than 9:30 a.m. Vehicles will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 9:30 a.m. due to safety and car show line-ups. The event will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No tearing down until 2:00 p.m. Exclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization.

Vendors are expected to be respectful of others’ property and avoid conflict. Vendors are required to park in general parking by 9:50 am once unloading/set-up is complete. We ask that vendors do not tear down until 2:00 pm.

Please note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts. By registering, I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, City of Hewitt or its members, committee, staff or volunteers responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Nacho Daddy Car Show & Concert event on March. 18, 2023.
