This is signature event is a popular event with an average attendance of 400 or more, which begins with live music, a catered dinner, casino, cash bar, raffle and plenty of time for networking. Our event will include the President’s annual report, a brief speech from the incoming Chamber president, City of Hewitt update and award recognition for Business of the Year, New Member of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year awards. The scholarship presentation will follow.
The banquet will be advertised on HewittChamber.com, Hewitt Express Magazine, Waco & the Heart of Texas, Media Sponsors, Facebook and Instagram. Sponsorships are offered to members only through the first right of refusal deadline of Oct. 31, 2024.

If the Chamber were to cancel an event, options would be discussed for rescheduling. If the event was not rescheduled, the member would be responsible for paying 80% of the commitment from promotions received leading up to the event.
