Join the Greater Hewitt Chamber for Hewitt’s Spooktacular Halloween Bash presented by Incommons Bank and The City of Hewitt, for trick or treating, costume contests, games, prizes and more!

Costume Contest sponsored by Raising Cane's starts at 7:30 pm sharp!

VENDOR INFO:
Regular Member Vendor/Trick or Treating Space $40 | Non-member vendor/trick or treating space $80 | Donation of sales % required for food/beverage vendors (10% = members and 15% = non-members)

Event: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A portion of event proceeds will go to benefit local food pantries.

Hewitt's Creekside Halloween Bash will be advertised on HewittChamber.com, Hewitt Express Magazine, Waco & the Heart of Texas, Digital billboard (Hewitt Drive), KXXV, Astound -Grande Communications, Power 108, Facebook and Instagram. We're expecting 2,500+ come and go attendees.

*Best decorated booth will win a trophy, bragging rights and a $500 ad/sponsorship credit!
 

Candy Distribution Required, Game/Activity optional

 

Vendors are responsible for bringing any needed tables, chairs, tents and electricity. Gates will open at 4:00 p.m., and vendors must be in place with cars parked in general parking area no later than 5:30 p.m. Vendors will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 5:30 p.m. due to safety. The event will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. No tearing down until 8:00 p.m. We ask that vendors refrain from consuming alcohol products while working your vendor area.

Candy is required, no selling.

 

Please note that advertising/sponsorships are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts. I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber or its members responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Halloween Spooktacular on Oct 28, 2022.

In the case of rain, back up plan will be to move forward with event and transition to a drive thru only.

From I35 Northbound, take Hewitt Drive exit and cross over I35. Take a right on Old Temple Road, park will be on your right.
