Businesses are invited to set up spaces during cocktail hour from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Cost for space is free and members are asked to donate 10% of sales back to the GHCOC no later than Feb 1, 2024. Non-members are asked to donate 20% back. Space is limited to one per company and 3 per industry category. If you wish to enjoy the event, tickets are $75 for members and $85 for non-members.
Selling allowed. Vendors supply all preferred booth space needs (table/banners/chairs/table cloth, etc).. Doors will open to vendors at 9:00 am., and vendors must be in place no later than 5:00 p.m. We ask that vendors refrain from consuming alcohol products while working your vendor area. Myself and my business agree and understand that if any misconduct is witnessed or reported, I may be removed from the event immediately.
Please note that advertising/sponsorships are non-refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts.
I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, The Waco Convention Center or its members responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Banquet event on Jan. 25, 2024.
