Join us for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by Educator's Credit Union! Remember, the hunt is at 10:00 am SHARP! All children are invited to participate in a Rookie Class sponsored by D1 Training Waco immediately following the hunt.

- Free, family-fun community event with candy, games, vendors and the Easter Bunny.

Vendor Info:

Kids and families will begin arriving between 9:15-9:30 for activities, then stick around until 10:30/11:00 a.m., once hunt is completed. Vendors are responsible for bringing any needed tables, chairs, tents and electricity. Wifi not available. Gates will open at 9:15 a.m., and vendors must be in place by 9:30 am. Vehicles will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 9:30 a.m. due to safety. The hunt will begin at 10:00 a.m. Exclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization.

Vendors are expected to be respectful of others’ property and avoid conflict. 

Please note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts. By registering, I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, Educators Credit Union, City of Hewitt or its members, committee, staff or volunteers responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Hewitt Easter Egg Hunt on April 8, 2023.
