Join the Greater Hewitt Chamber for Hewitt’s Spooktacular Halloween Bash presented by The City of Hewitt for trick or treating, music, costume contests, games, prizes and more! Spooktacular will be held at Warren Park in Hewitt, on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Totes and flashlight keychains provided for the first 300 children! Food trucks on site (costs apply).

Canned good and/or cash donations are encouraged for local food pantries.
 

Vendor space fees: 

$60 for members and $110 for non-members

$0 for member non-profits

$75 for non-member non-profits 

$50 Deposit for Food trucks + % of sales donation back to GHCOC

Vendors will be supplied a 12 x 12 area. Set up and decorate a table/canopy or the back of a pick-up truck! Awards will be given for the best decorated booth, most interactive booth and people's choice!

Food/Beverage Vendors: $50 Deposit required and may be credited towards percentage of sales donation. Member food trucks will donate 10% donation of sales back to GHCOC no later than November 6, 2026; non-member food trucks will donate 15% of sales back to chamber no later than Nov. 6, 2026.

Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, tents and electricity. Selling allowed, wifi not available.
Gates will open at 4:30 p.m., and vendors must be in place with cars parked in general parking area no later than 5:50 p.m. Vehicles will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 5:50 p.m. due to safety. The event will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. No tearing down until 8:00 p.m. Exclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior, avoid conflict and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization.

Please note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts. By registering, I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, City of Hewitt or its members, committee, staff or volunteers responsible for damage or injury incurred during the Spooktacular event on October 28, 2026.

Vendors are required to park in general parking by 5:50 p.m. once unloading/set-up is complete.
