Event Description:
The Greater Hewitt Chamber’s Nacho Daddy Car Show & Concert presented by HEB Woodway will take place May 18, 2024 at Warren Park in Hewitt, TX!
Join us for live music, a car/truck show, Dart em' Up, food trucks and more! The event is BYOB; lawn chairs, picnic blankets and leashed pets welcome.
Parking is $5 and event admission is free (some activity charges such as food trucks, skating and axe throwing apply) and a cash and/or canned good donation zone for Hunger Free MISD will be on site. A portion of event proceeds will benefit Hunger Free MISD.

Non GHCOC Members may sponsor at a 20% increase after the first right of refusal window has expired or join and receive 25+ freebies with membership perks as well as 15% as a first-time member advertiser.
Our Car Show & Concert will be advertised on HewittChamber.com, Hewitt Express Magazine, Waco & the Heart of Texas, KXXV, Grande Communications, Billboard, Power 108, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
If the Chamber were to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, options would be discussed for rescheduling. If the event was not rescheduled, the member would be responsible for paying 80% of the commitment from promotions received leading up to the event.
FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDORS: $100 Refundable deposit required to secure your space. The deposit may be credited towards percentage of sales donation or refunded upon Nacho Daddy Check-In on May 18. Member food trucks will donate 10% donation of sales back to GHCOC no later than May 27, 2024; non-member food trucks will donate 15% of sales back to chamber no later than May 27, 2024.

VENDORS: 100 spots available! Join us for this fun, annual event! GHC’s Nacho Daddy Car/Motorcycle Show & Concert at Warren Park in Hewitt, TX will be advertised on HewittChamber.com, Hewitt Express Magazine, Waco & the Heart of Texas, Digital billboard (Hewitt Drive), News 25, Grande Communications, Power 108, Facebook and Instagram, and we’re expecting a 3,000+ come and go attendance. Vendor cost is Free to member non-profits, $50 for members and $100 for non-members. Limited to one per company.
Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, tents and electricity. Selling allowed, wifi not available.
Gates will open at 9:00 a.m., and vendors must be in place with cars parked in general parking area no later than 10:30 a.m. Vehicles will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 10:30 a.m. due to safety and car show line-ups. The event will be from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No tearing down until 3:00 p.m. Exclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization.
Vendors are expected to be respectful of others’ property and avoid conflict. Vendors are required to park in general parking by 10:45 am once unloading/set-up is complete. We ask that vendors do not tear down until 2:00 pm.
Please note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts. By registering, I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, City of Hewitt or its members, committee, staff or volunteers responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Nacho Daddy Car Show & Concert event on May. 18, 2024.
