Event Description:
Join us for the Educator's Credit Union annual Easter Egg Hunt! Special thanks to the City of Hewitt and Raising Cane's!
Hewitt’s Easter Egg Hunt – March 30 at Hewitt Park – Hunt begins at 10:00 am sharp
Average attendance: 500-800
Candy Sponsor $500 – Available to two non-competing members
DJ Sponsor $400 – Exclusive to one member
Egg Recycle Zone Sponsor $250 – Exclusive to one member
The Easter Egg Hunt will be advertised on HewittChamber.com, Hewitt Express Magazine, Waco & the Heart of Texas, Media Partners, Facebook and Instagram.
*Confirm by March 1 to receive all benefits.
VENDOR INFO: The Easter Egg Hunt will be advertised on HewittChamber.com, Hewitt Express Magazine, Waco & the Heart of Texas, with Media partners, Facebook and Instagram, and we’re expecting a 1,000+ in attendance! Vendor cost is $30 for members and limited to one per company.
Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, tents and electricity. Selling allowed, Wi-Fi not available.
Vendor set up begins at 9:00 am. Vendors must be in place no later by 9:30 am. The event will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Exclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization.
Vendors are expected to be respectful of others’ property and avoid conflict.
Please note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts. By registering, I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, City of Hewitt, Educators Credit Union, or its members, committee, staff or volunteers responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Easter Egg Hunt event on March 30, 2024.
