Event Description:
Don't miss our signature banquet, Denim & Diamonds, presented by State Farm Insurance - Clint Allen! This is a popular event with an average attendance of 400 or more, which begins with live music, a catered dinner and plenty of time for networking. Our event will be hosted at The Base and will include the President's annual report, a brief speech from the incoming Chamber president, and award recognition for Business of the Year, New Member of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year awards. The scholarship presentation is then followed by the keynote speaker, Chip Wilson with 360 Solutions.  Reservations required.

VENDOR INFO

Businesses are invited to set up spaces during cocktail hour from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Cost is free and 10% donation of sales to be donated back to the GHCOC no later than Feb 1, 2023. Booths are limited to one per company and 3 per industry category. Non-Member vendors will donate 15% back to the GHCOC no later than Feb. 1, 2023. If you wish to enjoy the event tickets are $75 for members and $85 for non-members.

Selling allowed. Vendors supply all preferred booth space needs (table/banners/chairs/table cloth, etc).. Doors will open to vendors at 9:00 am., and vendors must be in place no later than 5:00 p.m. We ask that vendors refrain from consuming alcohol products while working your vendor area. Myself and my business agree and understand that if any misconduct is witnessed or reported, I may be removed from the event immediately.

Please note that advertising/sponsorships are non-refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts.

I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, The Base or its members responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Banquet event on Jan. 26, 2023.
