Spooktacular Vendor Application - Oct. 31. 2019 | 6-8 p.m. @ Warren Park - 450 S. Old Temple Rd., Hewitt, TX 76643 | Attendance: 3,000+

BUSINESS MEMBER Vendor space is FREE. Non-members may reserve a space for $35. No selling, candy required, children's games/activities and promo items welcome. Vendors are encouraged to provide their own tables, chairs & electricity, if needed. Tents are welcome (12x12 space provided). Set-up begins at 4:00 p.m., and tear down is no earlier than 8:00 p.m. All vendors must have booth set up no later than 5:00 p.m. with vehicles parked in main parking lot. Vendors will have 15 minutes to unload at unloading dock (left side/gate of cafeteria in back of high school). Award will be presented to the best-decorated booth, and a photo of the booth will be printed in the January 2020 issue of the Hewitt Express Magazine. Tables and electricity are provided by request and are first come first serve (extension cords encouraged).
