DESCRIPTION:Join us to celebrate our Dog Days of Summer presented by Species K9 Dog Training & Boarding benefiting Hewitt Public Library! Complete details at Hewittchamber.com/dogdays. Parking is $5\, cash and card will be accepted.\n\n\n\nVendors:\n\nJoin us for this fun\, annual event! GHCOC's Dog Days of Summer at Hewitt Park! Event will be advertised on HewittChamber.com\, Hewitt Express Magazine\, Waco & the Heart of Texas\, Digital billboard (Hewitt Drive)\, News 25\, Astound\, The Bull\, Facebook and Instagram\, and we're expecting a 2\,000+ come and go attendance. Vendor cost is Free to member non-profits\, $60 for members and $110 for non-members. Non-member non-profit rate $75. Rescues are Free. Limited to one per company.\n\n\n\nVendors are responsible for tables\, chairs\, tents and electricity. Selling allowed\, wifi not available. \nFood Truck fee is a deposit and refundable upon arrival. Trucks are requested to donate a portion of sales from the event back to the chamber.  10% members\, 15% non-members.\nGates will open at 8:30 a.m.\, and vendors must be in place with cars parked in general parking area no later than 9:45 a.m. Vehicles will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 9:45 a.m. due to safety and car show line-ups. The event will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. No tearing down until 12:30 p.m.\n\n\n\nExclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization.\n\nVendors are expected to be respectful of others' property and avoid conflict.\n\n\n\nPlease note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts.
